Important Notice – Untracked Shipping
If you choose a shipping option without tracking or insurance, delivery cannot be monitored during transit. We recommend this option only for low-value items.

For added security and a trackable delivery, please select the insured and tracked shipping option.

Please note: In case of loss or damage during untracked shipping, there is no tracking or compensation provided by the shipping carrier. Amy Franke continues to fulfill her legal obligations to consumers, including addressing undelivered items.

€2,99 — Untracked / Uninsured when damaged or lost. Please do not choose if you own a small mailbox cause there is a change that the package will get bend

Right of Withdrawal (Returns & Cancellations)

Consumers in the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party nominated by you receives the goods.

Returns & Refunds

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
